Reduction of Traffic Accidents

Quoted

The best way to reduce the number of traffic accidents is to make all young drivers complete a safe driving education course before being licensed to drive.

What do you think about it? How is it like in your country?

In Switzerland we already have theory courses and practical ones which are obligatory... I don't know though, whether we have less traffic accidents because of that.

well, it's necessary to take the driving course before we get the driving licence in china. we need to take the theory courses and practical courses when we are having the driving training. finnally, it's crucial to pass the drivng test, including the theory and practical test, before we really get the driving lessons. it usually takes two months to get these over for those beginners.
without driving license, we cant drive cars due to the strict traffic supervision. from those data, who go against the traffic laws are the ones with driving license.so in my view, it's primary to get the driver licence in china. what's more, the attitude to life and the traffic laws are getting more and more essential in the daily life. who value life both drivers and the others and obey the traffic laws will help reduce the traffic accidents and make the society more harmony.
