One of my housemates had a bet with someone to eat only vegan food for a month. I always though this was quite hard to live with, but it actually is seems to be not that bad nowadays. You only have to take notice that you also skip milk and eggs in your diet. After seeing (and tasting

) some of the recipes my scepticism towards vegan food changed a bit

. Since a week I know how to make vegan pancakes, and vegan chocolate cake, which is even convenient if you want to bake but don't have any eggs at home

So, despite its image, this way of cooking has some advantages (though personally I'd never switch to a complete vegetarian/vegan diet

)
Any people around here who ever ate vegan food or have some nice recipes to share?
The pancake & cake recipes will follow!
