Failed recipes

Did you try to make something and did it fail completely, or otherwise didn't look like what it should have been? Share your experiences and protect us from certain difficult/often failing recipes!

I'll start of with 'biscuitdeeg', which is a standard for cake dough. It requires eggs, flour and sugar, but the preparation is quite tricky (you have to mix the eggs in a bowl that is placed in warm water and such) and during baking, when you accidently get a different temperature or temperature fluctuations, the cake already fails, especially after letting it cool down.
So in my case it failed miserably and I wouldn't recommend it to make, because you waste your time on something that is not better than the regular cake mix (1:1:1 flour, butter, sugar and some eggs). The latter one is easier to make and in most cases it tastes as good or better than the other type of dough.

I'll upload some pics of the failed cake to prove :P

Once I failed in making pasta but that was just because I forgot them on the stove... I was angry because I already started and then I had to turn off again and I simply let it there. It never happened again, though. ;) I'm looking forward to the pictures. haha
