Is breakfast important for you?

How important is breakfast for you? For me it's quite important, almost a ritual in the morning. I get up, go upstairs and eat some bread with butter and jam. Though my brother gets up 10 minutes before he has to leave and so without breakfast. So what do you think? Do we have more power for the day if we've eaten something in the morning?

I need breakfast. That's better for me and for the people around me :P. If I don't have breakfast I either have a great chance of fainting or I get quite grumpy, of which the latter is not so good for the people around me, so I always have breakfast ;), even if that's very early in the morning or even almost at noon - I have to have breakfast :P

It's became very normal for me to do, so I never skip. During my high school period it was almost required, as I had to cycle about 12 km to get there. I don't think I could manage that with an empty stomach ;)

Breakfast is important but not essential.
It looks more energetic to skip the breakfast at times. Maybe It comes from fact that I have a snack at late night. ..

I have that too but only if I have holidays and therefore a different way of living (and different bed time). During school time there was simply no way to cook something at 3 o'clock in the morning... if you're alone at home and holidays (...then this could be different) - well, I guess you know what I'm talking about. :whistling:
