That's what I don't like about our medicine today - there are disorders for everything. I wouldn't say that your habits are automatically a disorder! Therefore the title isn't that clearly, I'd say... because you're talking about bad habits and not about the disease - we must make a difference!

Anyway, I usually check my alarm clock 2 times before I go to bed. :) You do it one time wrong and then you better have a look again next time... haha.

I need a special order when I eat. The glass has to be always at the same spot, and also the arrangement of the different meals has to be the same. Otherwise it feels strange for me. And when I eat breakfast, I have to drink my cold chocolate at the end of it.

Anyway, I usually check my alarm clock 2 times before I go to bed.

I do this too! :D woohoo.. I just hate to be late.. I use my phone as an alarm, so I have to fill in in the days in which I want to alarm to go off too. Sometimes it just spontaneous erases my settings. So I'd like to make sure that it does exactly what I want it to do: wake me up! (Although I'm usually wide awake before my alarm goes off).

(Although I'm usually wide awake before my alarm goes off)

That also counts for me. If I have to get up always at the same time I wake up like 5-10 minutes before. So I can't complain about my inner clock. It's different when I'm really tired, though. :D
