Favourite actor/actress

Do you have a favourite actor, if yes, who and why?

At the moment I'm quite fond of Ewan McGregor

, seen in Star Wars I-III, Moulin Rouge, The Island, Angels & Demons, Miss Potter and Down With Love.

I like him because.. he looks cute

, love his accent and that he can hide his accent xD, but I started to like him because of his role as Obi-Wan in SW, he's too cool :O

, so my 'fandom' didn't start because of his cuteness, but resulted in that

. Have to admit that I wanted to watch Angels & Demons because he played in that film

, normally I don't watch movies because of an actor but sometimes....

And before that I was a fan of Harrison Ford

Oh, Ewan McGregor is great! I saw him the first time in Trainspotting, and then in Big Fish (I so love this movie, it's so beautiful!).

Hm, last spring and summer I watched maaany TV- Series (japanese) with one special actor. His name is Yamada Takayuki (http://wiki.d-addicts.com/Yamada_Takayuki), and I don't know, but I really love his acting. He's not soo famous. I really loved his role in Byakuyako and Sekai no chuushin de ai wo sakebu (but also in Waterboys). The only movie he's acting in, and I saw, was Ikigami, and it's really a nice movie... I couldn't stop think about it.

About western actors... I like Edward Norton, he seems to be a really difficult person, but he acted in great movies such as Fight Club, American History X or the Illusionist. Oh and Charlie Sheen! Not just because of two and a half men! And I nearly forgot Johnny Depp... I don't know which was my first movie, but I like most of them. About actresses... hm... I like Nicole Kidman and Cameron Diaz, they are so natural somehow! Penelope Cruz is also one of my favorites (i love her in Volver!) I don't like Angelina Jolie and Megan Fox... I don't know, but they are so... strange somehow!

Brittany Murphy dead at 32

hi guys, sad to inform you this, brittany murphy just died sunday morning due to cardiac arrest. she was only 32...2009 is a sad year for celebrities i guess. Rest in peace brittany!

I've read the article about her death but I actually don't know her... but 32 - so young... how terrible!

Mh my favourite actor is Johnny Depp and... okay now I have to take care who I'm going to mention as female actor.

Hm well I liked the movies from Scarlett Johansson (for example Into the Blue) and Liv Tyler (for example Lord of the Rings).

Yamada Takayuki? Haha... hm he's not that famous in Switzerland, is he?
