Disney!

A fresh new thread for everything of Disney ( but mainly the films ;)), because my introduction thread was starting to pile up with Disney related posts, I thought it might be a good idea to open a Disney thread! :P

To start of: What's your last Disney movie (as in classic/pixar, not POTC etc :P) seen in cinema? I don't really remember which was mine, but I think it was Lilo & Stitch. Unfortunately missed UP and the next one i want to see is.. the Princess and the Frog! Finally again a 2D movie! But it's a bit evil that the film is already released in the US, but not untill February in the Netherlands :O :P

Not until February? In Switzerland the movie is already in the cinema and so my little cousins already watched it. ;) So perhaps you should watch it in German or English and then you are able to enjoy the movie earlier... I think it's quite a good idea to start a new thread because I guess everyone has their own childhood stories about these great movies... hehe

You are so lucky! :P :P. I could download it, but I want to see this one in cinema before I see it on my pc :P
What did you think of the movie? Was it worth watching?:P

Hehe... well but I haven't seen the movie yet. So I'm sorry, I have no clue whether it's worth watching... but my little cousins adored the movie - so I guess they would recommend the film to you. :D

I just went to the cinema and watched the Princess and the frog!^^ I think it is a typical Disney movie, with funny and sad moments. Sometimes scenes reminded me of movies made by Tim Burton. All in all it's a nice family movie I think.

^ That sounds positive :), looking forward to see it ;). Could've seen it in Berlin 2 days ago, but we were too late at the cinema allas :P

Which disney videos/dvds do you own? On dvd I have Hercules, Brother Bear, Atlantis and Mulan and on VHS I've got... some 18 videos:P. My collection was not that big untill 2 years ago (it was about 8 vids at max), but then I discovered a second-hand store that sells disney videos for 20 cent each :O, so that's great :P

Hm we have about 3 videos... let me think about it. We have "Mulan", "The Emperor's New Groove", and "Atlantis: The Lost Empire" and that's it. But besides that we have also some movies with Mickey Mouse... but I haven't seen that movies for ageees - I even don't know where they are actually... haha. 20 cent for a video? That's really not that bad... ;)

Hmm... I could start a buissness in disney VHS  :P any wishes for videos? :P
And it is too cheap indeed :P, if you just put it on the internet people will pay at least 5 euros for it, at minimum :P

Have to admit that I also download videos, but considering that I have enough legal, I myself think it's allowed :whistling: . I also use those .avi files for music vids on YouTube :P

@ Silvio: Cool that you have Atlantis ;). That movie is not very well known in common, perhaps because it was not a big hit and it was quite late (2002)
